| A fully completed and signed form 157A. | |
| Four passport sized photographs (4cm x 6cm). Photographs must not be more than 6 months old. | |
| Totally completed details of relatives form, see: http://www.vietnam.embassy.gov.au/hnoi/files/relativesform.pdf | |
| Original signed passport (must be valid for at least the next 6 months) | |
| Confirmation that you have attended a medical appointment with a panel doctor. | |
| Valid eCOE/s for the proposed course/s of study (gap of no more than 2 months or 3 months over December period and NO overlapping between courses). | |
| Evidence of valid Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) - must be valid for at least the first 12 months of study or confirmation if OSHC is paid if not stated on eCOEs. | |
| Certified copy of educational qualifications achieved. | |
| Original Curriculum Vitae (CV), including all details - education background and employment history, certified by the local authorities (must not be more than 6 months old). | |
| Certified copy of all pages of current Household Registration Book (HHR). | |
| Certified copy of Birth Certificate (BC). | |
| If married, certified copy of Marriage Certificate (MC). | |
| If currently employed, evidence of that employment. | |
| Financial Documentation | |
| Evidence of any scholarship(s) awarded to the applicant for this study. | |
| Original signed declaration stating you have enough money to pay for your travel, tuition and living expenses. If family members are accompanying you or not, the declaration must include them as well. |
Are there dependent applicants attached to this application?
| Certified copy of family member's BC. | |
| CV and HHR of dependent spouse. | |
| Confirmation that the family member has attended a medical appointment with a panel doctor. | |
| If the dependent is the primary applicant's child and the other parent is not applying to travel, consent from this parent for the child to travel to Australia with signature witnessed by the local authorities. | |
| Evidence of valid Family Overseas Health Cover (OSHC) - must be valid for at least the first 12 months of study. See list for OSHC providers. | |
| If dependent child is of school age, evidence of enrolment in school. |
